Please note that for stays under 30 days, there is tax but utilities, care of the grounds and pool are included in the rate. For stays over 30 days, there is no tax and we offer significant montly discounts but utilities, care of the grounds and pool, and snow/ice removal are extra.

For stays longer than two weeks, interim cleanings are required and are additional.
